2011 sees the 20th anniversary of the original Polaris Challenge. This years event is going to be based in the Dark Peak on the weekend of 25/26th June. We’ve teamed up with the guys at OMM now and they will be handling all the event management and entries for this years event.

After posting your entry form or completing an online entry you may not receive any further details until approx 1st week in June when the final details are emailed to all 1st team members and put up on the website.
Updates, news and other details will also be posted on the website as the event approaches so keep in touch.
CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY
There will be NO confirmation of entry sent; if your card is debited then you have an entry. There is no closing date for entries, but we will have to close when the event is full so enter while you can - numbers will be capped.
CANCELLATION OF ENTRY
CANCELLATION OR EDITING OF ENTRY If you are unable to attend the event due to illness or other reasons, go online or post us notification to arrive no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. You will receive a refund less 20% administration costs. Any cancellation received after the cancellation date will not be considered. There is no transferral of entry to another event. If you wish to edit details of your entry, change partners etc.. this is also possible online, go to the website and follow the links.
MAPS: This year ALL ENTRIES receive a top quality, waterproof Harveys Mountain Map of the Peak District, with all checkpoints and routes clearly pre-marked on it, this is INCLUDED in your entry fee and distributed on the day of the Challenge.
